This contract forms a legally binding agreement between:

Section 2 - No Intercourse

Section 4 - Chastity Enforcement

Section 9 - Term and Termination

9.2     After the Trial Term (and any subsequent term), unless either party notifies the other party of its decision not to extend the term prior to the end of such term, the term of this agreement is automatically extended for an additional one (1) year term. The Cuckold expressly acknowledges that Section 3.4 will become effective if this agreement is extended beyond the Trial Term.

9.3     The Mistress may unilaterally terminate this agreement at any time during the Trial Term and any subsequent term. For the avoidance of doubt, this agreement may not be terminated during the Trial Term or any subsequent term by the Cuckold, who must fully comply with all of his obligations under this agreement without complaint for the entire term even if he were to regret his decision to enter into this agreement at any time during such term.

Section 10 - Dispute Resolution

10.1     In the event of any disputes relating to the interpretation of this agreement and the subject matter hereof, the Mistress will obviously decide.
